•Honest product descriptions All products must be:

6. Orders, Delivery & Fulfillment.

•Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

•Delivery timelines vary depending on location within Nigeria

•Digital products may be delivered electronically.

 

7. Returns & Refund Policy We handle returns and refunds based on our official policy:

⚠️ Note: Digital goods and perishable items are only refundable if not delivered.

14. Sun pilot's Role & Responsibility

15. Service Availability.

We do not guarantee:•Uninterrupted service •Error-free operation Service may be affected by:•Technical issues •Maintenance •External factors (e.g., network outages, force majeure) 

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law:•We are not liable for indirect losses •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services •We are not responsible for third-party links or services 

 

17. Account Suspension & Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:•Violate these terms •Engage in fraud or abuse •Attempt to bypass marketplace rules 

 

18. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.

 

19. Governing Law (Nigeria)These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

All disputes will be handled in Nigerian courts.
